Munjed A. Ahmad
Attorney Munjed A. Ahmad is a partner at Ahmad & Guerard, LLP and is a founding member of the law firm. Attorney Ahmad specializes in the areas of immigration law, criminal law and business law and has represented more than one thousand individuals and business throughout his career. Upon graduating from the Catholic University School of Law in 2002, he began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney (prosecutor) in Milwaukee County. Prior to law school Attorney Ahmad received his bachelor’s degree from Marquette University in 1998.
Attorney Ahmad is admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin, the Eastern District of Wisconsin Federal court as well as in the immigration court system throughout the nation.
Jeff Guerard
Attorney Jeff Guerard is a founding partner of Ahmad & Guerard, LLP. He focuses his practice on criminal law, transactional business law, and business and appellate litigation. Attorney Guerard has extensive experience litigating complex civil and criminal matters. Before forming Ahmad & Guerard, Attorney Guerard was in private practice in Milwaukee. Attorney Guerard graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a focus on accounting. He then earned his law degree from Marquette University Law School in 2007.
